The presented paper focuses on the possibility to group countries by cluster method in terms of assessing sustainable competitiveness European countries. Our calculation is based HDI (Human Development Index) and EPI (Environmental Performance indices. We also tried show differences index Slovak Republic Netherlands. aim this evaluate global regarding environmental economics model, considering all three levels: economic, social, environmental. measure socio-economic dimension using according health education areas, then we EPI, which monitors behaviour field human protection ecosystem protection. question whether there an appropriate classification for development these that could help reduce between average EU 27 average. approach topic began with countries, have high values economic growth, a level or HDI. intention look possible existence gradual rapprochement belonging same group.
